Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process, once delivered to the customer, Bella Bakes does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However, if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please notify us 3 days/36 hours before dispatch/pick-up/local delivery by emailing us: info.bellabakes@gmail.com
For example: If you are picking up your order on Sunday at 10AM. You must advise us of your cancellation before 10AM on Thursday.
All cancellations and changes to your order must be notified via email. (info.bellabakes@gmail.com)
Note: If you have not received your order 3 days after dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package/goods once delivered to your allocated address.
