Shipping policy

Where do we deliver? 

• We ship to all New Zealand addresses. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
• South: West Coast, Tasman, Southland, Otago, Nelson, Marlborough, Canterbury. 
• North: Waikato, Wellington, Taranaki, Northland, Manawatū-Whanganui, Hawke's Bay, Gisborne, Bay of Plenty, Auckland region.

Overnight Courier Service: 

• We use an overnight courier via NZ Courier. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to arrive. 

NZ shipping:

• We dispatch our chunky cookies on Monday & Wednesday
  
• Wednesday dispatch cut off time is Tuesday 11:59pm.

Choose your shipping day: 

• At checkout, you will be able to choose a shipping date. 

Auckland Local Delivery: 

NOT available at the moment due to the fuel prices. Thank you for your understanding. I will keep you updated with any upcoming changes.
